RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return.
All returned items must be sent in their original condition (not used and with sealed packaging) within 60 days of placing your order. Upon receipt, we will either refund the purchase price or, if preferred, we will exchange the item for another comparable item of your choice.
You are responsible for paying the shipping charges associated with sending the return or exchange back to us. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Solidu USA is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided.
